A Message to Those Affected by a Recent Disaster
We understand a disaster can happen at any time and can come in many forms, such as: fire, flood, chemical or nuclear emergency, earthquake, devastating storm, terrorism, etc.
From all of us at EPIC, we extend our sympathy to those who have been affected by a recent disaster. We understand the impact a disaster can have on one's business, property, family, and quality of life. We also recognize the importance of employee benefits and want to provide employers with the security that their coverage can continue.
To accommodate policyholders impacted by a disaster, EPIC will temporarily extend their grace period for premium payment from 30 days to 90 days. This relief is being offered to employers and employees in state and federal declared disaster areas. Check your state website or the FEMA link below to determine qualification.
If you have been affected by a disaster and are located in a state or federal declared disaster area, please contact EPIC within 30 days at 1-800-520-5750 to apply for assistance. Policy terms and conditions will apply unless specifically modified in writing by EPIC.
