If you enroll now as an active employee and continue your coverage through the date you become an eligible annuitant, you will have the option to keep the Dental Wisconsin plan when you retire – and continue to receive low group rates! If you terminate your employment prior to achieving annuitant status, you may continue the coverage under the law and requirements of COBRA.
