Our affordable AD&D benefits provide a lump sum payment in the event of specific, catastrophic injuries or accidental death. AD&D coverage is an important part of any supplemental insurance package.

Voluntary Dependent Group Term Life

Voluntary Dependent Life Insurance provides an easy and affordable avenue for your employees to extend coverage to their spouse and dependent children. You choose from the following benefit amounts.

Spouse Up to 50% of the employee's amount of life coverage, in $5,000 increments, to a combined maximum of $100,000. The guarantee issue amount is $25,000.
Each Child $2,500    $5,000    $7,500    $10,000
