EPIC Vision Care

Show your employees you care about their overall health - round out your benefits package with the EPIC Vision Care Plan.

Under the EPIC Vision Care Plan, we'll provide benefits up to $40 for one vision examination for each participant during each calendar year plus the following lenses and frame coverage:

Benefits for these Vision Care Supplies are limited to one set of lenses per participant during any calendar year. Benefits for frames and contact lenses are limited to one set (one box per eye) per participant during any two consecutive calendar years.

EyeMed offers substantial savings on eye care, eyewear, and laser vision correction procedures. To receive your discount, simply show your EPIC member ID card when you visit one of EyeMed’s 16,000 participating providers.

EyeMed’s provider network includes many familiar optical retailers, such as: LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, Shopko Eye Care Center, Target Optical, JCPenny Optical, and many more. You will also have a choice of many other local, private providers.
